Oh heeeeyyyy! Over here! Yes, right here! Sitting amid a crap-ton of clutter and noisy children and random projects that got started and never finished. I’m alive and kicking, despite my complete silence on the blog. It’s been a crazy winter and as we head into spring time, I wanted to take a second to post pictures from a recent session I did.

My dear friend Jennifer is heading in to the hospital to have a baby this week, so I figured, better late than never to post her maternity pictures! At the end of February we ventured up to the Ice Castles in Dillon, CO. A trip that should have taken about an hour up lasted nearly 3. Between traffic and snow, we totally didn’t make it for our assigned time.

In order to take advantage of the waning daylight, we pulled over next to the little (frozen) lake in Georgetown. Jennifer was beautiful in the swirling snow. A few minutes outside was all we could handle before ventured on to the Ice Castles. So, while there are pictures yet to come from that part of the session, here are Jennifer’s lakeside maternity photos!
